One of “Ten Short Filmmakers You Should Know” (indiewire.com), Smith has written and directed six award-winning shorts (www.onetakefilms.com), which have screened in over 50 film festivals worldwide. Smith’s feature screenplays More Brains, a zombie horror-comedy about gay marriage rights, and Slab, a supernatural horror script, seek funding for 2014 productions. He holds an MFA in Acting from ACT in San Francisco, and a BFA in Film/Video from Hartford Art School. He lives in Los Angeles.
